Cuneo Civic Museum - Civic Collections
Civic collections
Most of the material that now constitutes the collection of the city institution was collected, starting in the first half of the twentieth century, at the initiative of Professor Euclide Milano, thanks to the contributions of private individuals and civil and religious authorities. Originally located in Palazzo Audiffredi on Via Cacciatori delle Alpi, it was transferred and relocated to the Convent of San Francesco around 1980.
The museum's current exhibitions begin with the oldest prehistoric remains and continue through to modern times, revealing the history of the area to visitors.
