Social history of the Museum

The social history of the Monumental Complex of San Francesco – Civic Museum of Cuneo is a visitor aid specifically designed for people with intellectual disabilities. The tool can be downloaded free of charge at the link below and used by parents, caregivers, and teachers who wish to prepare for their visit to the museum collections.

The social history was created for the Municipality of Cuneo – Civic Museum by the Paideia Onlus Foundation of Turin, as part of the ALCOTRA – TRA[ce]S project Transmitting Archaeological Research in the Southern Alps.

The museum's Educational Services team participated in developing the product with the goal of sharing the beauty of the museum's cultural heritage, with a view to inclusive diversity, understood as a resource and not a limitation.
