The frame of memories
The Casa Galimberti Museum is rich in history , but not only that: art also plays a leading role inside . During your visit, you can admire paintings and photographs that tell the story and passions of the Galimberti family.
In this workshop, everyone will have the opportunity to create their own frame, in which to depict their family or give free rein to their imagination, personalising and decorating it freely, to then take home.

History, memory, and historical sources. Duccio's story...through the sources!
There are many ways to tell Duccio's story. One of these uses the sources (material, iconographic, written, and oral) present in the museum to tell the story of him, his family, and his choices.
A graphic workshop inspired by the use of sources allows you to deepen and internalize what has been covered.

Tourists for a day. Exploring the Casa Galimberti Museum
The tour aims to introduce the Museum and its features (library, archive, and art gallery), the various family members , and the research and discovery of ancient objects. The narrative is enriched by the contributions of period documents, images, and sounds.
The topics covered are explored in greater depth through the mediation of a manual activity that involves the creation of a real Guidina, to be preserved as the first brief history of the Museum and of Duccio.
