Purchase proposal

Form to propose the purchase of titles not in catalogue (which must obviously be regularly on sale).

The library is constantly acquiring new titles, so please allow at least a month after the release date, especially for top-rated titles.

In any case, feedback  will be provided via email, positive or negative, in the weeks following the request.
