In Cuneo, the famous Russian violinist Vadim Tchijik will perform in a concert on Tuesday 17 June at the Ghedini Conservatory at 6:30 pm, in the “Mosca” hall.

Renowned Russian violinist Vadim Tchijik presents a concert in which he will perform Edvard Grieg's "Sonata Op. 45 No. 3," Johannes Brahms's "Sonata Op. 108 No. 3," and Béla Bartók's "Six Romanian Folk Dances." Ghedini Conservatory professor Francesco Cipolletta will be on piano.
This concert, part of the Ghedini Conservatory's Artistic Season, is free to attend, but reservations are recommended at www.conservatoriocuneo.it, starting Tuesday, June 10.

The musical program moves from the Nordic atmospheres of Grieg and through the emotional complexity of Brahms to the vibrant, folklore-infused modernism of Bartók, offering a compelling narrative of the evolution of musical language from the second half of the 19th century to the first decades of the 20th century and demonstrating the expressive richness and variety of chamber music literature for violin and piano.
