Guided tour of the exhibition "The Truth Is in the Shadows – A Tribute to Berto Ravotti 1924-2014"
On Sunday, June 21, 2026, at 4:00 pm, the exhibition rooms of Palazzo Samone, at Via Amedeo Rossi 4 in Cuneo, will host a special guided tour of the retrospective exhibition “The Truth is in the Shadows – Homage to Berto Ravotti 1924-2014.”.
The initiative offers the public a unique opportunity to delve into the creative and human universe of Berto Ravotti, an artist particularly committed to the values of freedom, justice, and respect for the environment. Participants will be accompanied by Enrico Perotto on a chronological journey documenting the three most significant moments of his original production, spanning the 1960s and 1970s. The exhibition will move from the vigor of his informal, textured color to his celebrated "umbratili projections," the evocative, anonymous shadows that brought him national and international acclaim. The exhibition will conclude with his subsequent serial and geometric compositions, inspired by optical art, dedicated to female silhouettes.
