“CUNEO, A CITY TO READ”
Photography between the invisible pages of a city A photographic exhibition to rediscover Cuneo through the gaze of the image
The photography exhibition “Cuneo, a city to read – Photography among the invisible pages of a city” opens on Saturday, October 4th at 5 pm at Palazzo Santa Croce. This exhibition project by Cuneofotografia APS invites the public to discover the city in a new light: that of visual narration.
Not a tourist guide, not a celebration of iconic sites: this exhibition is an invitation to a slow and careful exploration of the urban fabric, where each photograph becomes a silent page, a hidden line, a word left on the margins. Through shots that capture minute details, everyday architecture, and often overlooked signs of urban life, the city of Cuneo reveals itself in an intimate and original way.
A poetic journey that offers an alternative vision of the urban landscape, far removed from postcards and closer to the real experience of those who live, travel, and observe the city. Images thus become instruments of listening, capable of conveying emotions, memories, and questions.
"Cuneo, a city to read" is more than an exhibition: it's an invitation to slow down, to pause, to look with fresh eyes. To interpret the city not for what it reveals, but for what it conceals.
