On Friday, November 14th, at 9:00 PM, the Broadway Celebration takes place at the Palazzetto dello Sport in Cuneo. An unmissable evening that will take audiences on a journey through the most famous melodies in the history of Broadway and the West End.
Rocky Horror Show, Jesus Christ Superstar, Rent, Mamma Mia!, Matilda, Sister Act, Les Misérables, Cats, Hairspray, Hair, Grease, Evita, The Phantom of the Opera. Eight nationally renowned performers make up the soloists, accompanied by an exceptional orchestra and, for the Turin stop, supported by over 300 choir members. It will not be a simple concert, but a storytelling experience through words and songs, as Broadway teaches. The evening will be narrated by Umberto Scida, already renowned throughout the country for his stage performances, dubbed the King of Italian Operetta, and with major musical productions under his belt. Conducting this enormous cast will be Maestro Alex Negro, already known for directing major gospel choirs throughout Italy and for founding the Sunshine Gospel Choir of Turin.
