Saga salsa is a family memory, immersing oneself in the daily lives of those around them, interpreting them through the cult of food. Around a table, between courses, three women, three different generations—a grandmother, a mother, and a daughter—talk about their lives. Three women bring the past and present to the table in a dinner where all the senses are engaged, and where the meal is not just about food but also about emotions, flavors, and stories.
