Art is at home – art and poetry
The second part of the "Art is at Home" series, conceived by the Calzaap association in collaboration with Rondò dei Talenti for "Educare on the Terrace," begins on April 16th.
This session will consist of two meetings dedicated to the relationship between writing, particularly poetry and literature, and the visual arts. This relationship began in antiquity when drawings became alphabets or hieroglyphics, as in Egyptian culture or the writings of Mesoamerican cultures, and later evolved into writing, narration, and emotion.
This journey will unfold in the fourth-floor hall of Rondò dei Talenti in two parts: the first on April 16th at 9:00 p.m., with a historical overview from ancient times to the late 19th century, and the second on April 23rd at 9:00 p.m., which will examine the many changes that have occurred over the past century, up to contemporary digitalization. The speaker for the meetings will be art director Domenico Olivero.
Admission to the meetings is free.
