Led by Milena Garavini and Giovanna Frosini, we will discover the special bond between Forlimpopoli and its illustrious citizen, the history of "Science in the Kitchen and the Art of Eating Well," and the curiosities that connect this great classic of Italian cuisine to another masterpiece: Pinocchio.
