The latest book by the Honorable Federico Fornaro, "A Democracy Without People. Abstentionism and Plebiscitary Drift in Contemporary Italy" (Bollati Boringhieri, 2025), will be the focus of the meeting at the Rondò dei Talenti. Together with Professor Sergio Carletto, the author will discuss the state of Italian democracy, a system plagued by disintegrating factors that must be identified and addressed.
