80 years ago the saretto pacts

The Historical Institute of the Resistance of Cuneo, together with the Committee for the Eightieth Anniversary of the Resistance, is organizing a series of initiatives divided into three sessions that will take place in Cuneo at the Historical Institute of the Resistance and Contemporary Society in the Province of Cuneo and the NUoVO Cultural Center on October 2, 3, and 4, 2025.

The three-year period 2023-2025 celebrates the eightieth anniversary of the Italian Resistance (1943-1945), a period in which the province of Cuneo played a leading role in the liberation from Nazi-Fascist occupation.
To celebrate these historic events beyond mere celebration, the Committee for the Eightieth Anniversary of the Resistance has organized a series of initiatives at the "Nuovo" Cultural Center and the Historical Institute of the Resistance in Cuneo, with the aim of generating useful reflections for the present.
