Contact in the Museum

Blind visits for everyone.

What does it mean to move through space without relying on sight? How can we experience a space and its heritage using our other senses?

What we offer is an immersive experience in the dark, blindfolded, where you'll rely entirely on the guidance of blind volunteers and museum staff to uniquely discover spaces, objects, and stories through touch, hearing, smell, and imagination.

The duration will be approximately 45 minutes.

The event is organized by Noau, in collaboration with the Italian Union of the Blind and Visually Impaired and the Italian National Union of Volunteers for the Blind of Cuneo, and was funded by the CRC Foundation through the "Committed to Rights" call. The initiative is part of the "MUSEUMS ALL IN. Everyone in everyone's museums" project, which aims to expand the right to cultural participation for all, starting with museums, through a networking approach within the Province of Cuneo.
