On Saturday, July 25th, at 9:00 PM in the parish church of Passatore (Cuneo), the Organi Vespera festival presents a concert on the Fratelli Vittino organ, dating back to 1873. Performers include Mauro Pavese on the trumpet and Tomé Olives on the organ. Free admission.
Organi Vespera is an organ festival showcasing historic organs from Vittino to Vegezzi-Bossi. The concerts, performed by outstanding organists and internationally renowned performers, will sometimes be preceded by a short meditative reading. In collaboration with the current Vegezzi Bossi-Brondino organ building company, the aim is to showcase the exquisite tonal qualities of the historic and modern instruments located in our area, built or restored by the Vittino-Vegezzi-Bossi dynasty of Centallo (Cuneo), over 450 years of organ building experience.
