Listen to your body, allowing movement to become pleasant, more fluid and harmonious. Breathing becomes deeper, the body relaxes, and the mind is free. Let yourself be transported by the sound of words: read, whispered, blown...to poetically inhabit the world. Activity for adults.
Participants are asked to bring their own mats and wear comfortable clothing.
