SOLIDARITY NOTES – SPRING CONCERT – UNICEF

Music once again becomes a tool of solidarity and hope. On Sunday, May 10, 2026, at 9:00 PM, the "Spring Concert" will be held in the evocative Sala San Giovanni at Via Roma 4 in Cuneo, promoted by the Cuneo Provincial Committee for UNICEF with the patronage of the City of Cuneo.
The event will feature the Italian Amateur Symphony Orchestra (OSAI), conducted by Maestro Paolo Fiamingo, accompanied by talented soloists: pianist Nikolay Bogdanov, violist Cristian Musio, and cellist Gabriele Musio. The program will take the audience on a refined musical journey through some famous works from the classical repertoire: Frédéric Chopin's Piano Concerto No. 1, Op. 11; Ignaz Holzbauer's Concerto for Viola, Cello, and String Orchestra in E-flat Major; and an excerpt from Symphony No. 1 in C minor, Op. 11 by Felix Mendelssohn.
In an international context still marked by profound inequalities and devastating conflicts, millions of children are still denied basic rights such as access to food, education, and protection. UNICEF works every day around the world to ensure their concrete assistance through nutrition, protection, education, and emergency response programs, as well as promoting a culture of rights and solidarity.
Admission to the concert is free, and all donations will go entirely to UNICEF's work for children. During the evening, it will also be possible to "adopt a Pigotta," UNICEF's iconic doll, handmade by our volunteers: a simple gesture that can make a difference in the lives of many children.
"Notes of Solidarity" is not just a concert, but an opportunity to transform the beauty of music into an act of collective responsibility: so that every child, everywhere in the world, can have a future. Free admission, subject to availability
