The Casa Galimberti Museum offers a new event in the Artistic Walks, dedicated to discovering the figure and work of Lorenzo Delleani, one of the most significant interpreters of 19th-century Piedmontese painting.

The initiative, titled "Paintings and Life Stories. Walking with Lorenzo Delleani"will take participants on a guided tour of the rooms of the Pinacoteca Galimberti, discovering the artist's paintings and the most significant episodes of his life. Through an engaging narrative, the audience will be led to appreciate the sensitivity to light and attention to landscape that characterize his work, deeply rooted in the territory and its representation.

Particular attention will also be paid to the connection between Lorenzo Delleani and the Galimberti family, in whose cultural and emotional context his works found appreciation. The Pinacoteca, which today houses a significant collection related to this family, thus offers a unique perspective on not only Delleani's artistic value, but also the relationships and dynamics that have sustained his success over time.

The visit is part of the Artistic Walks, a project designed to introduce the public to the local cultural heritage using an accessible yet rigorous language, capable of intertwining history, art, and narration.

The event is aimed at a wide audience, from art enthusiasts to the curious, and represents an opportunity to rediscover, through the gaze of Lorenzo Delleani, the glimpses, atmospheres, and charms of the Piedmontese landscape.
