Thematic Guided Tour – “Artistic Walks” Review

The Casa Galimberti Museum is offering a new thematic guided tour as part of the “Artistic Walks”, scheduled for Thursday, February 26 at 5:30 pm, entitled “Painting as a Story. In the Footsteps of Matteo Olivero”.

The tour will lead the public through Matteo Olivero housed in the museum, offering a reading journey that interprets painting as a form of narrative. Through images, symbols, and evocative atmospheres, the works become a visual narrative and poetic trace of one of the protagonists of Italian Symbolism.

The guided tour will highlight the artist's recurring themes and expressive language, highlighting the narrative and symbolic value of his pictorial production, in dialogue with the historical and cultural context of reference.
