LIBERATIONS 25 April 1945 – photographic exhibition

In April 1945, the Nazi-Fascist regime ended. In the province of Cuneo, still reeling from death and violence, people celebrated amid the ruins with dances and meals. All this was surrounded by American vehicles and armored vehicles.

The photographic exhibition Liberazioni 25 Aprile 1945, curated by the Historical Institute of the Resistance and Contemporary Society of the Province of Cuneo, recounts the various provincial realities linked to that particular historical period through photographs.

The exhibition will open on Thursday, April 17th at 6:00 and will be open to the public during the following hours: Monday to Friday 8:30 AM - 12:30 PM and 2:30 PM - 6:00 PM; Saturday and Sunday 4:00 PM - 7:00 PM; Friday, April 25th from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM; closed on Easter Sunday and Easter Monday.
