A workshop divided into 4 free events (2 online and 2 live), for children and young people under 25
Four free events will take place, two online and two in person, on September 15, 17, 24, and 25 from 5 to 7 pm.
On September 26th, the workshop participants will record the song they composed with Kento and in the evening, at 10:30 pm, they will attend his concert which will be held at ESSECI.
A wedge serves two purposes: to hold a structure in place or to break open a block to see what's inside. In this workshop with Kento, we'll do both. We'll use the rap technique to ground your thoughts and, at the same time, break down the barrier between what's inside you and what the world hears.
What we will do:
> Breccia: We will learn to use words as precision tools, capable of “opening” a conversation and leaving a mark.
> Perfect Interlocking: We will study meter and rhyme, looking for the right fit between rhythm and meaning, just like a wedge that fits perfectly into the flow.
> From the Street to the Palace: We will bring street culture inside the historic walls of Palazzo Santa Croce, transforming the city's suggestions into an original rap track.
It's not just a writing course, it's how Cuneo becomes your wedge to make your voice heard.
Workshop created as part of the Young Based Community project, supported by ANCI.
