Bibliotherapy sessions dedicated to discovering reading as a tool for well-being, personal growth, and sharing. Through dialogue about books and stories, participants will be guided through a process of reflection. The workshop is part of the European project Libraries of Emotions for Good (LOE for Good), supported by the European Union's Creative Europe program and developed by a network of European libraries and organizations. The project promotes bibliotherapy as a healing and well-being practice, using reading and dialogue about books to foster emotional expression, social inclusion, and community resilience.
