YOYO WHEEL FOOT Santibriganti

“YoYo Piederuota” tells the story of Giovanni and Giorgia, two very different children who share playgrounds, school, and their own little worlds. He, nicknamed Yo, is tall and awkward; she, always called Yo, lives her life with pride and complexity. Both engage in shared games and passions, especially basketball, which becomes an opportunity for them to embrace their differences. Before they meet, they experience a parallel solitude, marked by the gaze of others and the definitions they receive. The show approaches the intersection of ability and disability not as opposition, but as different ways of inhabiting the body and the world. Through play and friendship, it recounts a journey of growth in which differences become resources and opportunities for connection.
