Doctor Francesca Busia, owner of a small village shop, a herbalist's shop, and occasional pharmacy, faces a thousand daily challenges due to her son Oreste, whose strength has grown but his mental strength has slowed, and her sister-in-law Magna Teresa, the sister of her late husband, who constantly opposes Francesca.
Complicating matters is the gardener Giuvanin, who, with the help of his maid Addolorata, decides to open a unique business, complicating everything...
