CHRISTMAS AT THE MUSEUM 2025
Like every year, many events are back to help us prepare for Christmas together!
Starting the first weekend in December, the museum offers a variety of events for adults and children alike, helping us prepare together to welcome the light of Christmas.
"Christmas at the Museum" was founded in 2012 with the aim of bringing the public closer to the San Sebastiano Diocesan Museum of Cuneo. The Advent and Christmas holidays are opportunities to explore some of the museum's sections and participate in educational and training activities designed for all audiences. The museum aims to be a place open to a wide range of experiences, actively engaging with the local population and younger generations, but also a space for rediscovering local and national history and traditions. The 2025 edition confirms its collaboration with other cultural institutions in the city, offering events and activities throughout the entire Christmas season: workshops, tours, shows, and concerts will enliven the museum and the adjacent church of San Sebastiano with a rich and diverse program, suitable for all audiences.
All activities are free, but reservations are required through the web channels that will be opened at the end of November
> WORKSHOPS FOR FAMILIES AND CHILDREN
Three workshops specifically designed by museum staff and educational professionals to guide children and families through Christmas. The activities maintain the same title each year for continuity, but are redesigned each time with new approaches, assignments, and reflections. Some of the workshops are designed for children accompanied by their parents, while others are conducted independently. The workshops take place in two 60-minute sessions.

Sundays leading up to Christmas are special, but sometimes frenetic, times. The warm spaces of the museum will offer a relaxing break, slow times, many engaging stories narrated by expert voices: a different way to spend the wait surrounded by books and art. Single-session appointments lasting about an hour. [In collaboration with the Stella Maris Bookshop]

The anticipation of Christmas is filled with the sounds and harmonies that will fill the splendid church of San Sebastiano during Advent evenings. Admission to the events is free, subject to availability.
