When the evocative power of books and the power of cinema meet, something magical happens. Book on Screen is an event to experience this magic: a library movie for kids ages 11 and up, featuring a film based on a book to discover, experience, and share together. Read, watch, experience the story!
For this evening, we suggest screening the film STARDUST. In an English village on the edge of a fairy kingdom, Tristan, a young farmhand dreaming of adventure, promises his beloved Victoria that he will capture a shooting star. Beyond the wall that divides the worlds, he discovers that the star is Yvaine, a celestial woman pursued by wicked witches and rival princes. Together, the two face dangers, uncover noble secrets, and experience a romantic adventure. Based on the novel by Neil Gaiman and Charles Vess, Stardust is the fairy tale everyone would love to read and watch.
We'll take care of the popcorn and drinks! Evening organized by Noau Officina Culturale in collaboration with ABL Amici delle Biblioteche e della Lettura odv ets.
